Specific Activities 2023/2024
Specific Activities refer to the extracurricular activities run by a selected group of external providers on school premises, outside of school hours, managed by APPLD. These activities are optional and are not part of the afterschool care.
Prerequisites to register to Specific Activities :
- Being member of APPLD for the year 2023/2024
- Register in the afterschool care program with Ligue92 in the day of the activity*
The enrollment in Afterschool Care is essential for insurance and liability reasons. Moreover the provider of Afterschool Care will give kids the afternoon snack and will be responsible for taking the kids to and from the activities.
* Registration for Afterschool Care program will open in the second half of August 2023 on our provider (La Ligue 92) website.

How to register
Registrations will be possible online on this page from June 19 at 7pm to September 1, 2023 (check the “How to register” procedure)
You will have to click on the link of the chosen activity and follow the instructions on HelloAsso. The payment will be required in order to finalise the registration.
You will need to be a member of APPLD for school year 2023/2024 in order to complete the registration and the membership number will be required (Membership APPLD 2023/2024 subscription).
During registration, you will also be asked to accept the Rules and Regulation of APPLD Specific Activities.

The places of each activities are limited. If there are no more availability, you may contact us by mail activities@appld-ee.eu
Once you have paid the Membership for 2023/2024, you will receive a confirmation by mail from HelloAsso : in this mail, you will find a reference number (under ‘Details de la transaction’). This reference is your APPLD membership number for 2023/2024.
You can also download the receipt of paiment on HelloAsso (“attestation the paiement”) and you will find the same number on the top of this document, indicated as “ATTESTATION nr.” ( Where can I find my APPLD Membership Number?)
Activity is open to all the kids, no matter of their section. However, children enrolling for “Theather in English” must have an adequate level of English (i.e. this is not an English learning class!) and will be expected to learn by heart lines in order to set-up a show for the end of the year.
The cost of the activity is 330€. A budget for art material (paper, pastels, colors etc) will be asked at the beginning of the activity and it would be of max 30€/kid for the full year. It will be defined once the registrations are closed, according to the number of participants.
The cost of CAPOEIRA activity is 150€. The extra-cost of 50€ is the capoeira outfit that families may buy from the teacher directly, at the beginning of the schoolyear.
No, this is not possible since Supervised Study ends at 6pm and none of the activities is beginning at 6pm. It is not possible to join an activity that has already started.
