INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS (December 3, 2021)

• Article 1. The information collected on this form is recorded in a computerized file by ASSOCIATION DES PARENTS DE PARIS LA DEFENSE (APPLD) – Association declared on 08/2019, SIRET 897 411 427 00015 – for the management and registration of memberships. The legal basis for the processing is legitimate interest, as provided for in Article 6 of the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD).
  
• Article 2. The data collected will only be used internally, within the APPLD.
• Article 3. The data is kept for 14 months from the first effective day of membership.
• Article 4a. You may access your data, rectify it, request its deletion or exercise your right to limit the processing of your data.
  
• Article 4b. You may also explicitly object to the processing of your data and exercise your right to the portability of your data.
