The Family Quotient is calculated by Courbevoie Town Hall and it will be applicable for the period from Jauary 1 to December 31. It must be renewed each year before December 15.

Therefore it is imperative that any families wishing to register their children to any of the extra-curricular activities (cantine, afterschool care, supervised studies, holidays), has a family account with the Courbevoie Town Hall.

You can request the creation of a family account by email to ecoleeuropeenne@ville-courbevoie.fr.

You will be requested to provide the following documents to create a family account:

• Family record book or birth certificate of each child to be enrolled
• Identity documents of each parent
• Proof of address dated less than 3 months from the time of registration (EDF invoice or contract certificate from your energy supplier, or a rental invoice with home insurance certificate)
• For hosted families: an accommodation certificate from the host + their identity document + proof of address from the host (see list of documents above)
• For cases of separations or divorces: a judgment of separation or divorce or a certificate from a lawyer which states that an action is in progress or a declaration which certifies the separation + a letter from the legal guardian 2 which authorizes the legal gardian 1 to register the child in Courbevoie together with the ID document of guardian 2.
